My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and focuses on providing you with a safe place where you can talk about your concerns. I will also help you get in touch with your body so that you can understand and track your nervous system, the part of our bodies that regulates our energy levels, which, when not balanced, can cause unwanted symptoms, such as depression (too little energy), anxiety (too much energy), anger outbursts (too much energy), etc., and will show you strategies to regulate it.
